摘要
制度性缺陷是制约中国债券市场规模扩大、结构完善及其经济功能全面发挥的根本原因。要推进中国债券市场的健康发展,必须以市场化为核心,修正制度设置,加强基础设施建设,改善市场结构。
The institutional drawbacks are essential for constraining the scale, the structure and economic function of bonds market in China. The government should change institutional arrangement, strengthen infrastructure construction and improve market structure, with market-oriented reform,so as to promote a healthy development of bonds market in China.
