摘要
可持续发展是在人类深刻反思传统发展观的基础上提出的 ,是人类未来的发展道路。绿色管理是企业的可持续发展思想和环保意识增强的必然结果。在绿色文明来临之际 ,企业应改变现行的经济主义和科学理性主义指导下的企业管理模式 ,以绿色生态的观点 ,解决在企业经济发展过程中产生的人类“自然家园”和“精神家园”的荒漠化现象 ,实现人类外在自然和内在自然的“绿化”。为了拓展企业的生存空间 ,实行绿色管理 ,是 2 1世纪我国企业发展的必然选择。
Basing on traditional development idea of human deep thought,concontinuous development is development way of human future.Green management is inevitable result of concontinuous development and environment protection idea.When green civilization comes,the enterprise should change present business management way guided by economism and scientific reasonism,solving desert phenomenon of human'nature garden'and'spirit garden'to realize'afforestation'of human outer nature and inner nature.To expand living space of the enterprise,green management is inevitable chooce of our enterprise during the enterprise economy development in the view of green ecology.
