摘要
20 0 2年 5月 ,在内蒙古大兴安岭林区 ,利用生物制剂 1.8%阿维菌素乳油进行大面积飞机超低量喷洒防治兴安落叶松鞘蛾 5 .0 7万hm2 。结果表明 ,1.8%阿维菌素 75、12 0、15 0g/hm2 三种浓度飞机防治后第 15天 ,防治效果分别为 89.5 %、94 .3%和 80 .1%。其中 ,1.8%阿维菌素在剂量为 12 0 g/hm2 时 ,在 3d、5d、15d的防治效果分别达到 34.2 %、5 0 .0 %和 94 .3% ,与另外两种 1.8%阿维菌素的喷洒剂量相比 ,具有最佳及快速的杀虫效果。 1.8%阿维菌素是一种高效、快速、稳定、持效期长的生物农药。
The experiment of ultra-low volume aerial spray with 1.8% AV bacteriophage against Coleophora dahurica was carried out in the forest area of Daxing’anling of Inner Mongolia in May, 2002. It was the first time using that ultra-low volume aerial spray with biotic pesticide of 1.8% AV bacteriophage to control Coleophora dahurica 50,700 hm 2. The result showed that the average mortality of Coleophora dahurica were 89.5%, 94.3% and 80.1% respectively at the dosages of 1.8% AV bacteriophage of 75, 120 and 150 g/hm 2 on the fifteenth day. But the highest mortality were 34.2%, 50.0% and 94.3% respectively at the dosage of 120 g/hm 2 on the third day, the fifth day and the fifteenth day. The result also proves that ultra-low volume aerial spray with 1.8% AV bacteriophage is a high effective, stable, rapid and long-lasting biotic pesticide.
