摘要
目的:观察周围神经嵌压征在手术松解后应用经皮电刺激治疗的早期临床效果。方法:选择近5年来收治的28例周围神经嵌压的病例,经手术神经松解后,随机分为电刺激组(14例)和对照组(14例),于术后4周、8周、12周给予功能评定及神经电生理检查。结果:在4周、8周、12周的神经功能评定优良率电刺激分别为71％、86%、100％;对照组分别为50％、57％、71％。统计学显示电刺激组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:经皮电刺激有效提高了周围神经嵌压征患者的神经功能康复。
AIM: To observe the earlier effect of the percutaneous electrical stimulation after the neurolysis of compression of the peripheral nerve. METHODS: In 5 year, there were 28 patients with peripheral nerve compression were treated. All patients were randomly divided into 2 groups, percutaneous electrical stimulation group(14 cases), control group(14 cases) after neurolysis. Eevery patient were evaluated with nerve function and electrphysi-ological at 4, 8, 12 weeks after operation. RESULT: Above every time point the excelent rates were 71% , 86% and 100% in percutaneous electrical stimulation group and were 50% , 57% and 71% in control group. All indexes in percutaneous electrical stimulation group were better than that in control group (P< 0. 05). CONCLUSION: Percutaneous electrical stimulation improved the recovery of nerval function of the peripheral nerve compression disorder efficiently.
