摘要
基于Auger电子能谱分析方法 ,研究了在役加氢反应器材料损伤机理。对在加氢反应器内运行 5a的试验试块材料和经步冷脆化的 2 2 5Cr 1Mo钢进行了Auger电子能谱试验 ,结果表明 ,加氢反应器材料回火脆化损伤机理主要是杂质元素P在晶界偏析所致。
Based on the method of Auger Electron Spectroscopy(AES) analysis,the damage mechanism to materials used in hydrogenation reactors was studied.AES tests were performed on the material from the test block which was removed from the hydrogenation reactor after five years service and on 2.25Cr-1Mo steel which was embrittled by step cooling heat treatment. The results showed that the damage mechanism of temper embrittlement for the in-service hydrogenation reactor was of the grain boundary segregation of impurity P.
