高校扩招给师专院校单一的培养目标提出了新挑战。加强毕业生就业信息沟通 ,掌握地方需求关系 ;调整专业结构和课程设置 ;探索就业市场 ,拓宽就业渠道 ;加强毕业思想教育工作 ,帮助毕业生树立正确的择业观念 。
