摘要 利用组织工程技术可以再生骨组织,但由于成骨细胞在体外培养过程中成骨表型的逐步丧失及植入体部位局部缺乏生长因子的作用,使得成骨效率,修复效果尤其是修复长段骨缺损的能力仍不令人满意。利用基因转移技术将编码与骨组织再生有关的生长因子的基因片段移至靶细胞中,使之既发挥种子细胞的作用,又可在体内骨组织再生过程中持续高效地分泌生长因子,从而为上述问题的解决提供一个新的思路和技术手段。 Despide of regeneration of bone tissue using technology of tissue engineen-ing, osteoqenic effeciacy, lepaining effect and especialhy progressive abilisty of repaining defection of long bone are not satisfying because of loss of os-teogenic phenotype in the course of implantation . Using the technology of gene transmitting the fragmeat coding the gerse of growth factor associated with regeneration of bone tissue is transfered to target cell, which not only bring the effect of seed cell into full play but also can secret grouth factor continuously and effectively in the course of regeraration, so providing a new thinking and technological way for resolving above problem.
