以硝酸和浓硫酸混合硝化水杨酸 ,然后还原合成美沙拉嗪 ,总产率为 3 9.2 %。该法可用于工业规模生产 。
This improved synthesis of mesalazine stars from salicylic acid, which is converted to mesalazine in two steps of nitrification and reduction in 39.2 % overall yield by treatment of key the mixture of nitric acid and sulfuric acid. The synthesis is suitable for large scale production and have been employed to produce kilograms supplies of mesalazine in high purity.
