摘要
工艺实验井完井套管设计为 2 4 4套管 ,中间有 2 0 0m玻璃钢套管。固井时要求只固上、下部钢套管 ,玻璃钢套管内外不能有水泥浆。采用一般分级固井无法达到此要求。该井采取在两段钢套管底部钻孔 ,先固上部再下钻具固下部的办法 。
Completion Cases of technological experimental well are designed as 244mm,among of them are 200 m glass fiber reinforced plastic cases.When well cementing,the glass fiber reinforced plastic case needn't whole cementing and the cement can't flow into the ID & OD of it.The normal fractional cementing method can't meet such requirement.By boring holes on the bottom wall of steel cases,first cementing the upper steel cases,then cementing the lower steel cases,thus,the goal and effection of special cementing for the technological experimental well are got.
