摘要
结合目前监理实际状况着重从政府管理、建筑市场主体等方面分析了建设监理存在的问题及原因,并在此基础上提出了解决问题的对策。
Sine the execution of supervision in China in 1988, it has achieved great success in such aspects as code and staff establishment, while there are still many these existing problems and corresponding reasons from the points of government management and the main body of architectural market. Based on these analyses, the paper further puts forward some problem-solving countermeasures.
