摘要
研究了利用天然纤维素原料制造多孔纤维素产品的方法。将原料溶解于强碱溶液中,在搅拌下加入一定量成孔剂,利用冷冻法使所得的中间产物凝胶化。在一定条件下处理凝胶体,冲洗干燥得到该产品。文章还对成品的一些重要性能及其影响因素进行了讨论。
The process for producing alveolate cellulosed products from a cellulosic raw material were studied and the factors affecting the properties of the products were discussed in the paper. The process comprise dissolving a cellulosic raw material in the strong alkaline base solution, incorporating an effective quantity of pore-forming agent into the resulting mixture with mixing, gelling the homogeneoue dough, treating said gelled under different conditions, washing and drying of the products.
