摘要
通过对游泳动作示范在各教学阶段运用的分析,进一步了解学生在学习游泳过程中不同阶段存在的心理、生理特点及掌握动作所存在的差异,使教师每次示范能"有的放矢",目的明确。
Through analysis on the features of swimming movement demonstrations in different teaching stages,this paper reveals the psychological and physiological characteristics of the students and the differences in their movements in different stages when they are learning swimming.It points out that in order to improve swimming teaching quality professors should have specific purposes with their movement demonstrations.
