摘要
观察比较电针对不同临床分期及不同平面面神经损伤所致周围性面瘫的疗效 ,12 6例不同临床分期及不同平面面神经损伤所致周围性面瘫患者均采用电针治疗 2个疗程 (2 0次 ) ,进行临床疗效对比观察。结果 :临床疗效与临床分期及面神经损伤平面有关 ,P <0 .0 0 5 ,急性期、恢复期与后遗期的痊愈率的差异均具有显著性意义 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;而且面神经损伤平面越低 。
To observe and compare the clinical efficacy of electro-acupuncture in the treatment of facial paralysis in different stages and locations,126 cases were treated by electro-acupuncture for two courses.Results:The clinical efficacy was correlative with the stages and locations(P<0.005),namely,the cure rates in different stages were significantly different(P<0.05),and the lower locations and the better efficacy.
