摘要
分析了大菱鲆鱼体的生化组成 ,并根据鱼体的生化组成 ,对大菱鲆的营养需求及营养价值进行了初步探讨。这将对进一步研究大菱鲆的营养需求 。
Biochemical compositions of turbot ( Scophthalmus maximus L.) were analyzed. According to the characteristics of biochemical composition,some nutritional requiements and nutritional values of turbot were discussed. This will help people to make further research on the nutrtional requiements of the turbot to improve nutritional balances of compounding feeds for turbot.
