摘要
以成都市六区五县(市)58个游泳场馆为研究对象,采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法、数量统计分析法等方法,对游泳场馆经营管理现状进行分析,力图发现游泳场馆经营管理中存在的问题,结合企业经营管理原理和游泳场馆经营管理特点,对影响游泳场馆经营管理因素进行分析,探索游泳场馆的科学管理方法,分析游泳场馆经营管理的发展趋势,为提高游泳场馆经营管理效益,提供有益的建议。
Taking 6 districts and 5 counties of Chendu's as object and through methods of documentation, investigation, visiting and statistics, it is analysed on the quo status of swimming stadiums' management as to find out their existing problem. Based on the theory of enterprises' management it also made research on scientific method of swimming stadium and its development trend.
