摘要
针对传统布线的缺陷 ,设计了车用光纤线束系统 ,并概述了其发展及基本设计原理 ,详细介绍了工作过程、硬件电路、抗干扰措施、模块化结构、抗干扰试验。系统由控制开关、光发射模块、三根总线 (电源线、光纤信号线、系统地线 )、光接收功能模块、终端用电器或执行器组成。其优点是用线数量和重量大减 ,线束简单 ,便于安装、检修 ;与传统布线系统相比 ,它还具有质量轻、体积小、传输信息量大等特点。其原理适用于对发动机实时控制。
Aiming at the limitation of traditional wiring, automotive optical-fiber harness system is designed. This paper summarizes its development and basic design principle and particularly introduces its work process, hardware circuit, anti-jamming measure,modularizing frame and anti-jamming test. The system is made up of control switch, light-transmitting module, three general lines (including electric power line, optical-fiber signal line, the loop-line of the system), light-receiving module and terminal electric-implements. Its virtues can be summed up as follows: the amount and weight of needed wires being greatly decreased, wiring harness being simple, convenient for fix and examination and repair; compared with traditional wiring system, it also having such characteristics as light mass, little volume, big quantity of transmitted info and so on. Its principle is the same with such requires as engine real time control ,vehicle state supervise and measure, switch control to on-off laden.
