摘要
论述了国内外航天运载器和航天器测试发射技术的现状 ,给出了我国测试发射技术的发展思路和重点研究方向 ,结合军事航天需求 ,指出了应急机动发射的条件和保障措施。
In this paper the present state of the test launch and control technology is discussed, also the development and research emphases is presented as well Considering the requirements of military space missions, the conditions, support measures and main research direction for emergency mobile launch are proposed
