摘要
通过口腔滴注表皮生长因子 ( EGF) ,观察小鼠舌上皮细胞生长和表皮生长因子受体 ( EGF-R)的表达 ,研究 EGF影响舌苔形成的分子机制。舌组织经 HE染色、EGF- R SABC免疫组化染色和图像分析数据处理系统 ( CMIAS- 98A多功能图象分析仪 )进行分析。结果表明 ,EGF可能通过EGF- R机制进行信号传导促进小鼠舌上皮细胞增生、舌粘膜增厚、EGF- R表达增多。
To research the signal mechanism between epidermal growth factor (EGF) and tongue-coating formation, the mice tongue mucosa cell growth with EGF-R expression was observed after droping EGF to mice mouth cavity. HE?EGF-R immuno-histochemistry (SABC) and by data handles system (CMIAS-98A) to proceed the image analysis were used. The results showed that EGF promotes the thickening of tongue mucosa in experiment mice ,and the base layer cells and the EGF-R expression of tongue mucosa were increased. The EGF might influence the tongue-coating formation by the signal conduct mechanism of EGF-R.
