摘要
众所周知,固体矿产钻孔封孔(水泥)质量是钻探工程六项质量指标之一。它的封闭质量好与坏,直接关系到未来矿山建设顺利进行和人身安全,也影响到钻探施工单位的质量信誉和经济效益的提高。因此,应严格认真的把住封孔质量关是钻探工作者的重要任务之一。我们通过多年生产实践,认为封孔质量的经济教训是极为深刻的,即有不少成功经验,也有失败教训。它涉及到对封孔质量重要性的认识。
The quality of liquadation of holts of solid mineral deposits plays an important role in the development speed and the safety of mines. Therefore, increasing quality of liquidation of holes of solid mineral deposits is one of the principal tasks for exploration. Since the 1960s, in the four mining areas in the Bureau of Geology & Mineral Resources of Jilin Province, the quality of liquidation of holes can not he taken seriously, the duties incumbent on each person or post are not defined; the criterion is not concrete, the organizations and measures arenot efficient. So, liquidation of 251 drill-holes were reworked, resulting in a lost of 216 million yuan. We must keep these lessons firmly in mind. The author proposes the folowing measures on liquidation of holes: 1. drawing up perfect and definite detailed rules and regulations on liquidation of drill holes; 2. priciples on geological technical liquidation; and 3. technique of construction. In the checking on quality, the author proposes the quality criterion and the regulation of checking on quality. In the technological management and cost, liquidation of holes should be done according to the above detailed rules and regulations, and the duties incumbent on each person or post must be defined, meanwhile, a method of settling the cost of liquidation of holes are also proposed. In a word, the recognition of quality of liguidation of holes must be increased; technological duties incumbent on all posts headed by chief engineer should be established;the detailed rules and regulations of liquidation of holes should be drown up; and shortening of time for liquidation of holes as well as the study and test for quick drying ctment and filler should be well-done. Finally, the author proposes that liquidation of holes by clay should be discarded as much as possible.
