摘要
BACKGROUND: Periarthritis of shoulder is thought as a common disease of middle-aged in motor system, which chief clinical manifestations are shoulder pain, dysfunction of joint and muscular atrophy. The main treatments of periarthritis of shoulder are kine-sitherapy, physiotherapy, massage and pharmacotherapy.OBJECTIVE: To observe therapeutic effects of computer middle frequency on periarthritis of shoulder.UNIT: Department of Rehabilitation, Shenyang General Hospital of PLA.SUBJECTS: 98 patients suffered from periarthritis of shoulder were adopted, 43 males and 55 females, aged 37 to 70 years. The course of disease ranged between 6 days to 18 years. All the cases have action restriction and cannot raise shoulder actions like dressing and combing are difficult to do. Some patients had extensive tenderness.
