摘要
SKH-4型喷嘴具有雾化性能好、生焦产率低等优点。中国石油哈尔滨石化分公司第三套催化裂化装置将反应进料下喷嘴由原设计的靶式喷嘴更换为SKH-4型喷嘴。投用后,效果明显,可降低焦炭产率1%,提高目的产品收率0.5%,节约雾化蒸汽3～5t/h。
SKH-4type nozzle has features of exellent atomizing property and low coke generating rate,etc.the third Catalytic Cracking unit of CNPC harbin petrochemical company replaced reactor bottom feeding target nozzle originally designed with SKH-4nozzle,and better result was obtained after it was put into service,such nozzle can decrease1%of coke generated,increase0.5%of target product recovery rate and save atomizing steam by3～5t/h.
