摘要
研究用ICP AES法测定高温质子导体中的钡、铈、锶、钇和镱 ,选定了适宜的溶解方法及分析条件 ,在溶解酸中加入盐酸羟胺 ,获得了较为满意的分析结果 ,相对标准偏差小于 10 %。
The appropriate method of sample dissolution and optimum analytical conditions for the ICP-AES determination of Ba, Ce, Sr, Y and Yb in high-temperature proton conductor material were studied and reported in this paper. The sample was readily dissolved by hydrochloric acid containing hydroxylamine hydrochloride as reducing agent. The RSD′s were found to be less than 10%.
