摘要
在阐述BOT融资方式特征的基础上,针对BOT方式为体育场馆建设的可能性、可行性和实施意义三方面进行分析,得出BOT融资方式适用于我国奥运场馆建设的结论。并且进一步为体育场馆建设设计了BOT融资的基本步骤和运作框架,提出BOT项目实施中应注意的问题。
Based on the specification on the characteristics of BOT, we analyse the possibility, feasibility and significance of applying BOT in the stadium finance, then we draw a conclusion that BOT is suitable to the Olympic stadium in China, furthermore, the article puts forward the basic steps and framework to operation and some basic issues in the process we should payattntion to.
