摘要
新疆天业股份有限公司石河子化工厂为满足烧碱扩产的需要,自行设计了1套4万t/a50%离子膜烧碱的蒸发装置,从工艺、设备及工艺控制方面叙述了离子膜蒸发装置的设计思想。装置投运后达到了预期效果。
Shihezi Chemical Plant of Xinjiang Tianye Co.,Ltd. designed a set of evaporating devices for 40 kt/a 50% ion-exchange membrane caustic soda production in order to meet the need of expanded production of caustic soda by themselves.The designing ideas of the devices are related from the aspects of technique,equipment and process control,et al.After the devices putting into operation,the desired results have been achieved.
