吉林省地下水长期监测的效益及今后工作建议

摘要 地下水资源是一种再生性资源。在探明其储存条件后,对水情、水质动态进行长期观测十分必要。地下水动态监测的目的在于核实资源量,指导合理开采,了解水质污染趋势,监测因大量开采地下水所造成的危害性地质现象,并通过长时间序列资料积累,建立起地下水管理模型,为总水(地表水、地下水、雨水)调换、人工补给、合理开采、污染防治提供科学依据,进而开展地下水情的预测预报。 In the last ten years,1.2 million data have been obtained from monitor- ing the state and quality of the groundwater of the urban and plain areas. This project not only accumulates the data for scientific management in the future development of underground water but also results in solution of some hydrogeological problems,e.g.after water supply is carried out through the rational readjustment of surficial and underground water in Siping city,utili- zation efficiency of total water resources is increased,and water level has gone up again;the reserve water source was found in the Yanji city,and water shortage is over;the water source of iron-rich groundwater in Jilin city has been transformed;the plan of water supply of groundwater in Changchun city has been carried into practice. The authors propose some concrete suggestions on overall arrangement of construction of water sources,scientific regulation of surficial and under- ground water,scientific management of exploitation for underground water, prevention of pollution of underground water,and enhancement of the monito- ring work.
