摘要
根据北京举办2008年奥运会对体育专业人才的需求,本文从运动员、教练员、体育官员、体育管理人员、体育科研人员、体育经纪人、体育师资和为奥运会服务的志愿人员八个方面分析了当前我国体育人力资源的现状,并提出了几点建议。
