摘要
为适应高压深井的需要 ,国内已研制并配用了 1 0 5MPa防喷器、节流压井装置和采气井口。为使井口装置压力能匹配 ,四川石油管理局钻采工艺技术研究院设计研究了 1 0 5MPa套管头。文中简要阐述了 1 0 5MPa高压套管头结构特点 ,主要承压件强度设计 。
In order to drill high pressure well & deep well,105MPa BOP,choke and kill device and gas production wellhead have been developed and used.Drilling & Production Technology Researoh Institute of Sichuan Petroleum Administration has designed and studied 105MPa casing head which can fit in with wellhead pressure device.The paper briefly introduces the characters of 105MPa casing head,main pressure-bearing part intensity design & test methods.
