摘要
如何发挥体育、教育两大国家人才培养系统的优势,建立科学、合理、符合体育人才培养规律的新体制,是竞教结合的核心问题。文章就两者的结合问题进行了一些研究、讨论、以寻求解决人才培养的关键性问题。
It is of the key importance to develop the advantages of physical education and cultural education, which are our country's two systems of talents cultivation, and to build scientific, rational and lawful reserves system if combining with physical and cultural education.The article discussed and studied the unity of these two systems to solve some key problems of sports telnets' cultivation.
