摘要
形成于20世纪60年代的教育经济学对各国教育决策和教育实践产生了重大的影响。宏观教育经济学直接研究教育这一基础性、全局性、前瞻性的知识产业与社会经济的相互作用及其规律。文章集中论述了教育的经济效益这一宏观教育经济学的核心概念,并就教育投资对经济增长的贡献的几种较有影响的计量方法和理论作了初步的剖析和比较。最后,应用劳动简化法核算了1952-1978-1997年期间中国教育投资对经济增长的贡献,得出了很有说服力的结果。
Formed in the 60's of last century.Education Economics has influenced profoundly many country's education policy and practice.Macroeconomics deals directly with the interaction and laws of knowledge Industry and social economy with the former defined as a fundamental overall and prospective industry.Discussions of this paper focus at the economic benefit which is the core idea of macroeconomics. Primary analysis and comparisons of serial main methods and theories for calculating the contributions to economic growth made by education investment are given too.Finally,such contributions in the periods of 1952 -1978 -1997 in China are checked with the labor simplified method and convincible results are obtained.
