Poland in "Post-privatization":Restructuring in Enterprise Assets and Corporate Governance

摘要 "雇员所有制"的变迁 所有转轨国家的产权改革模式是多元的,转轨的逻辑决定了私有化的具体过程千姿百态各不相同,各个国家仍然有明显的"特色".如果说捷克的特色是全民平分的"证券私有化",匈牙利的特色是面向外资"全卖光",俄罗斯的特色是寡头崛起,那么反映波兰私有化的特色就应当是"雇员所有制".[1]
