摘要
铑 -磺体系下甲醇羰基化反应是目前较成熟的生产乙酸的方法 ,但因存在液相介质对设备腐蚀严重、铑价格昂贵、产物和催化剂分离困难等缺点[1] ,2 0世纪 70年代以来 ,国内外学者一直致力于气相羰基化的研究 ,一般认为是活性金属先与CO形成金属羰基化物 ,然后与助剂碘甲烷作用 ,生成碘乙酰 ,碘乙酰与甲醇作用生成乙酸[2 ] 。
The paper deals with the application of Ni/AC to the reaction for synthesizing acetic acid by vapor phase carbonylation of methanol,several preparation methods of Ni/AC catalysts were compared.suitable ways of steep,desiccation,heat and activation treatment were ascertained.Under low pressure vapor phase and Ni/AC catalyst(prepared by dip-molding),orthogonal experiments L 9(3 4) were utilized to inspect factors affecting the oxo process.The results indicates that the content of Ni and reaction temperature influnces the carbonylation greatly,Under the optimal reaction conditions:1?MPa,300?℃ n? DK](CO(CO)/n(CH 3OH)/n(CH 3I)=60/20/1.Contact time is 10?gcat·h/mol and the content of Ni is 8 5%(wt),a maximum activity has been achieved.The conversion of methanol is 92 85% and the yield of total carbonyl products reaches 48 19%.
