摘要
介绍了在环管反应器本体聚合工艺技术中对丙烯循环回收工艺路线的改进和应用情况 ,并与原工艺路线做了较详细的比较。在同类工艺技术的聚丙烯装置中采用改进的丙烯循环回收方法 ,可节省工程建设投资 ,缩短施工周期 ,降低相关设备的运行负荷和操作费用 。
This article introduces the improvement and application of propylene recycle recovery in the bulk polymerization process technique of loop reactors, and compared with the previous process technique in detail. It will save the investment in engineering construction and construction period, reduce operating load and cost related equipment to adopt this propylene recycle recovery technique in the propylene plant of similar process technique.This new technique will have a bright future in popularization and application.
