摘要
本文阐述了渔业权的基本概念及主要内容,剖析了当前渔业权制度的执行情况及存在的问题,并就如何将渔业权制度纳入物权法范畴、切实保护渔民权益和完善渔业管理制度等问题,提出了作者的建议。
Abstract:The paper expounded the basic concept and main content of fishery property rights,and analyzed the present situation and existent problem out which the system of it be carried.The writer advised how to bring system of fishery property rights into the category of real right in order to conscientiously protect fishery rights and interests and practically perfect fishery management system.
