摘要
我国炼油化工生产过程迫切需要实施先进控制技术 ,以实现利润增长 ,但几年来的工程实践暴露出一些问题。讨论了过程先进控制应用之前应考虑的一些软、硬件条件 ,希望在装置工程设计和DCS选型方面做好基础工作 ,并努力提高自动化水平 ,为实施先进控制打下坚实基础。分析了工程应用中的几个问题与对策 ,企业应当慎重选择先进控制软件、工程应用单位 ,积极配合工程应用单位的工作。最后对先进控制取得长期经济效益提出了内部考核和外请维护单位的建议。
In order to increase profit, Advanced Process Control (APC) is urgently needed for petrochemical production process in China. However, some problems have emerged with its application in recent years. Discussions are made on the conditions of software and hardware to be considered before APC is adopted so as to lay a good foundation for the engineering design and DCS choice. Problems in engineering application have been analyzed and countermeasures have been proposed. The enterprise should carefully choose APC software and the user, meanwhile, make a good cooperation to apply it. Suggestions have been proposed to obtain long period economic benefits from APC.
