摘要
以二甲基亚砜为萃取溶剂 ,用溶剂萃取的方法提高焦化柴油的颜色安定性。试验表明 :精制油的色度、氧化安定性总不溶物、实际胶质均可达到国家标准的要求 ,焦化柴油中的氮化物、酸性化合物等不安定组分得到有效脱除 ,颜色安定性提高 ,柴油收率在 90 %以上 ,溶剂可循环使用。
Colour stability of coker gas oil has been improved by DMF extraction. Test result shows that colourity, oxidation stability insolubles and existent gum of the refined oil have reached the requirements of national standard. Unstable constituents such as nitride and acid compounds in coker gas oil have been effectively removed. Color stability has been greatly improved and the diesel yield is over 90%. DMF solvent can be recycled for use.
