摘要 介绍一种新开发的加氢催化剂器外再生技术。该技术采用立式薄层移动床再生器 ,待生催化剂由上部进入薄层再生器 ,靠自身重力由上向下移动 ,在移动过程中分段进行再生 ,在同一再生器内一次通过各段即可实现完全再生。该技术具有工艺、设备简单 ,床层温度分布均匀 ,再生过程易于控制 ,设备投资和操作费用低等优点 ;再生催化剂硫含量低于 0 .5 % ,碳含量低于 0 .3% ,活性恢复率在 96 %以上。 A newly developed off site regeneration technology adopting vertical thin layer moving bed regenerator for hydrogenation catalyst is introduced. Spent catalyst enters the regenerator from the top and moves down by its own gravity. Spent catalyst has been regenerated during the moving course staged at one regenerator and goes through the stages just once. The technology has the advantages of simple process and equipment, well distributed temperature in beds, easy control of regeneration process, lower equipment investment and operation cost. Sulfur content of the regenerated catalyst is below 0.5% and carbon content is below 0.3%. Activity rejuvenation rate is over 96%.
