氯霉素全抗原合成及多克隆抗体的制备 被引量:13

摘要 用重氮化方法将氯霉素与牛血清白蛋白 (BSA)和卵清蛋白 (OVA)偶联 ,制备免疫抗原和包被抗原 ,用ELISA方法进行鉴定。将偶联抗原用弗氏佐剂乳化后免疫德国大白兔 ,制备多克隆抗体 ,并用硫酸铵沉淀法初步纯化 ,用亲和层析法进一步纯化。用所得抗体建立竞争酶联免疫吸附分析法(ELISA)用于氯霉素检测 ,最低检查限为 0 .3ng/mL。
