摘要
本文报导了利用超微粒ZnO材料制作的气敏元件,对H_2S气体具有很高的灵敏度和良好的选择特性;在相同的测试条件下,元件对H_2、CH_4、C_2H_2、C_2H_4、CO、煤气、液化汽等无明显的气敏性。在较高的环境温度和湿度下,元件的气敏特性仍较稳定。
The sensor made from ultrafine ZnO prepared by chemical deposition has a very high sensitivity and a good selectivity to H_2S gas. Under the same measurement conditions, it has no obvious sensitivity to H_2,CH_4,C_2H_2,C_2H_4 ,CO, coal gas and so on. At a moderately high temperature and humidity, the characteristic of the sensor is still stable.
