摘要
1 实验 样品按文献[1]合成,Raman光谱、共振喇曼光谱(RRS)和表面增强喇曼光谱(SERS)用Spex-1403双单色仪测量,数据用DM1B型Datamater采集处理。用美国光谱物理公司生产的168型氪离子激光器的红光647.1μm作ML2Cl3·3H2O(M:Pr,Nd,Eu,Sm)和L的常规Raman光谱,激发线使用功率为100mW;488μm作RRS和SERS的激发线。把KCl和样品按比例混合,在研钵中充分研磨后压抹到旋转池顶端,以旋转方式按90°角收集散射光得到RRS。
Raman, SERS(Surface Enhanced Raman Scatting) and RRS(Resenance Raman Spectra) of schiff base and its rare earth complexes are reported in this paper. The Raman bands difference between schiff base and its rare earth compexes is discussed. SERS of schiff base and its complexes absorbed on several metals were gotten by our new method. The vibration bonds of M—O etc. were assigned.
