摘要
应用 AHP和综合分析矩阵等方法 ,构建核心能力 /战略杠杠综合分析模型 ,并以 YH公司为研究背景进行实证研究 ,详细探讨这种分析方法在企业实际经营管理环境中的具体应用方法。
This paper constructs a relative analytical model of core competence/strategy leverage by use of AHP and relative analytical matrix. A case study is conducted in a research background of YH company, in which a discussion of how to applying this method into a real world business environment is included.
