摘要
新形势下企业人力资源开发和管理是一个典型的系统工程问题。其中势必要涉及管理系统科学的近期发展和社会经济系统的总体趋势。企业能否在系统的结构和功能变化面前适应人力资源开发与管理的新要求则是系统工程研究课题的当务之急。为此 ,本文就这一论题作一次肤浅的系统论述。
It is a typical Systems Engineering topic about the enterprises' human resources development and management under new situation. There are a lot problems arising from the development of management systems science and the global trend of socio-economic system recently. As for structure and function varieties in system, whether or not able to conform these newly needs for enterprises' human resources development and management is a top priority task relating with research's subject of Systems Engineering. So far as the superficially system's demonstration after this issue is concerned in this paper.
