摘要
分析了热媒炉烟气低温露点腐蚀的机理 ,提出控制排烟温度、使用低硫燃料、降低烟气中的氧含量和水蒸气含量、采用耐蚀材料或热管均可减缓露点腐蚀的发生。在选择防护措施时 ,要综合考虑热媒炉的热效率 。
The mechanisms of dew-point corrosion of flue gas from thermal coal fired furnace was analyzed. It was suggested that the dew-point corrosion could be reduced by control of the temperature of flue gas emission, use of low-sulfur fuel, reduction of oxygen and vapor in flue gas, application of corrosion resistant materials or application of heat pipe. The thermal efficiency of the furnace should be considered in the selection of the protection measures.
