摘要
对综合利用厂地下管网腐蚀调查表明 ,地下钢质管道腐蚀为土壤电化学腐蚀。按目前的维修费用并每年递增 10 %计算 ,2 0年的维修费及损失费约 845万元。若采取阴极保护措施 ,工程投资约 80万元 ,而且可减少污染和各种事故发生。根据可行性论证 。
The corrosion investigation of the underground pipelines indicated that the corrosion of the steel pipe was soil electro-chemical corrosion. The maintenance costs and cost of lost would amount to 8.45 million yuan in the next 20 years based upon the present maintenance cost and 10% annual increment. The cathodic protection with 800,000 yuan investment could reduce the pollution and prevent the accidents from occurring. The cathodic protection for the underground pipelines was economically feasible.
