摘要
兰州石化公司 6座大容量原油储罐的罐底板相继穿孔泄漏 ,通过分析指出为Cl-引起的电化学腐蚀所造成。在 2 0 0 0~ 2 0 0 1年期间 ,对 3座原油罐的罐底板及距底 1.5mm以上的罐壁采取了环氧玻璃鳞片涂料 +铝合金牺牲阳极联合保护 ,其保护电位可稳定在 - 9.0~ 1.0 0V范围。
The bottom plates of six large crude oil tanks in Lanzhou Petrochemical Company leaked. The analysis found that the leakage was caused by the electro-chemical corrosion by Cl -. From 2000 to 2001, the bottom plates and wall plates 1.5 m from the bottom of 3 tanks were protected by epoxy glass flake coating and aluminum alloy anode whose electric potential could be maintained at -9.0~1.00 V. The method for monitoring the protection electric potential of the bottom plates was introduced.
