摘要 针对胜利炼油厂重油加氢装置反应系统高压空冷器E - 13 40 / 13 41腐蚀泄漏事故进行调查分析 ,确定腐蚀为NH4 Cl和NH4 HS沉积引起的垢下腐蚀 ,并从工艺操作、材质升级、监测等方面提出了防护措施 :添加多硫化铵缓蚀剂 ,提高注水量 。 The analysis of the corrosion leakage of the high-pressure air coolers E-1340/1341 in the reactor system of the heavy oil hydrocracking unit in Shengli Refinery concluded that the corrosion was the under-deposit corrosion caused by the settlement of NH 4Cl and NH 4HS. The protection measures were suggested in respect of process operation, material upgrading and monitoring etc. Addition of ammonium polysulfide corrosion inhibitor, increased water injection, selection of nickel-based alloy and strengthened corrosion monitoring could effectively control the corrosion of the air coolers.
