通过对混凝土原材料的控制 ,进而控制混凝土强度 ,运用三种推定混凝土强度的方法来评定混凝土质量 。
Concrete strength is controlled through controlling concrete raw material. Concrete quality is evaluated by application of three methods for assuring concrete strength to meet the needs for acception.
