摘要
通过分析海域使用管理信息系统的需求与现状 ,提出了建立海域管理信息系统的方案。根据数据量和共享需求 ,可建立两种海域管理系统 :基于单机的系统和基于网络的系统。对两种系统进行了比较 ,利用GIS。
Management Information System of the Sea Area Use (MISSAU) is very useful nowadays. Based on the analysis of the current requirement, the authors suggest that MISSAU be set up. According to the amount of data and the requirement of sharing, two systems can be established: the system based on WebGIS and that based on stand alone GIS. Taking functional divisions of sea area in Shandong Province as an example, we integrated Mapinfo and MS Access with Delphi to construct a management system for sea area use.
