对黑龙江省堤防工程的特点进行剖析 ,提出如何编制堤防工程的投标报价以及应遵循的编制原则。
This article analyzes the feature of Heilongjiang dike projects and presents the method to quote weaving for entering a bid of dike projects and the weaving principle should be followed.
