摘要
粉喷桩常用于加固软土地基 ,其桩身质量关系到整个工程安全。本文依据工程实例 ,从粉体喷射搅拌法的加固机理、施工工艺和质量检验方法三方面 ,对粉喷桩的桩身质量和工程事故产生的原因进行了较详细的分析 ,得出粉喷桩在竖向和轴向上都不均匀、现有的施工工艺和质量检验方法都存在缺陷等结论 。
Dry jet mixing (DJM) piles are often used to improves soft soil foundation. The quality control of pile shaft is very important to the engineering safety. Based on engineering examples the shaft quality of DJM piles and the causes of pile failure are analyzed from the improving mechanism, construction technique and quality examination. It is found that DJM piles are uneven both on vertical and on axial direction, and there are defects by using the current construction technique and test methods.
