摘要
针对目前钢闸门结构优化设计中存在的问题,建立了钢闸门主梁多目标优化的数学模型。提出了将浮点编码遗传算法与最小偏差法相结合,并将其应用到平面钢闸门主梁的多目标优化设计中。以主梁的重量、主梁抗弯截面模量与截面积的比值为目标函数进行了优化设计。优化结果表明,此方法能够克服传统优化算法极易陷入局部最优的缺点,而且收敛速度快,计算精度高。
Multi-objective optimization mathematic model of steel gate beam is established aiming at the problems in the optimization design of steel gate beam. Floating-coding generic algorithm and minimum deviation method are incorporated and applied in the multi-objective optimization design of steel gate beam. The weight and the ratio of the bending resist cross-section modulus to the cross-section area are taken as objective functions in the optimization design. The results of the optimization indicate that this method can overcome the default of the local optimization of traditional optimization algorithms; it is easy to convergent and has high precision.
